Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the appointment of Florian Harder and Jann Jetter as partners in the firm’s new Munich office, joining Winfried Carli and his finance team.
Florian specializes in advising clients in M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also advises executive boards on strategic matters. Jann focuses on tax-oriented group structuring and the structuring of national and international M&A as well as in private equity transactions. The pair have been working in the financial sponsors sector for many years and will, together with Shearman & Sterling’s existing acquisition finance practice, afford clients a complete integrated offering.
