- PETRONAS in respect of the development and financing (including bridge and long-term financing) of its approximately $28 billion RAPID (Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development) refinery, cracker and petrochemicals project in Malaysia
- PETRONAS in the sale to Saudi Aramco of a 50% interest in, and related joint venture and commercial arrangements for, the refinery and cracker complex and petrochemicals plants forming part of the RAPID project, as well as in other proposed joint venture arrangements in relation to the RAPID project
- The Dow Chemical Company in relation to the ongoing financing arrangements of its $20 billion joint venture with Saudi Aramco, Sadara Chemical, which is the largest petrochemical project ever constructed in a single phase, and the largest project sukuk closed to date
- ADNOC LNG in relation to its LNG marketing arrangements
- A bidder in relation to the sale of an approximately $1 billion stake in a gas field in Oman
- IFC, CDC, Clifford Capital and JICA in relation to the ongoing financing arrangements of the 414 MW gas / 333 MW (HSD) dual fuel Sirajganj 4 Combined Cycle Power Project in Bangladesh
- IFC, ADB, IsDB and KEXIM on the ongoing financing arrangements of the 150MW Patrind Hydropower Plant in Pakistan
- CGIF as guarantor to a five-year THB 2 billion ($64 million) corporate bond issuance by Siamgas and Petrochemicals Public Company in Thailand
- K-Sure,KDB and other lenders on the financing of Adaro’s and EWP’s quasi-mine-mouth 200MW Kalsel-1 coal-fired IPP in Indonesia
- ICBC, Bank of China, China Construction Bank and China Agricultural Bank, and over ten other lenders in connection with the $4 billion Hassyan coal-fired power plant in Dubai, UAE
- PROPARCO on the financing of a 32MW solar photovoltaic power project in Egypt
- Golar LNG in relation to the development and financing of a floating liquefaction project offshore Equatorial Guinea
- EBRD and ICD on the financing of the 45MW Shobak wind project in Jordan
