Overview
Stephen McNamara is an associate in the Capital Markets practice. He focuses on international capital markets transactions, with experience across a range of debt and equity transactions. Stephen has acted for both issuers and underwriters, and also has experience in liability management transactions.

- El Corte Inglés in connection with its:
- Inaugural offering of €600 million senior notes; and
- Private placement tap issuance of €90 million senior notes.
- Ardagh on various financing and liability management transactions, including:
- $1.8 billion of notes, consisting of €440 million senior secured notes, $500 million senior secured notes and $800 million senior notes;
- $1.13 billion senior secured toggle notes and €1 billion senior secured toggle notes;
- Excess Proceeds offer for existing senior secured notes;
- $500 million senior secured notes;
- Tap issuance of $200 million senior secured notes;
- $1 billion senior notes issuance and concurrent tender offer and consent solicitation;
- Tap issuance of $715 million senior secured notes; and
