Daniel Reich is a partner in the International Arbitration and Public International Law practices. 

He has advised States, State-owned entities, and corporations in international arbitration and public international law matters, with a particular focus on oil & gas, power, technology, life sciences, investment protection, and complex commercial disputes.

He has also represented State-owned entities, corporate clients and individuals in litigation before United States federal and state courts, as well as in domestic and cross-border investigations by United States governmental authorities.

Daniel was a Law Clerk to Judge Barrington D. Parker, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, from 2004 to 2005, and to Judge David G. Trager, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, from 2003 to 2004. In 2018 and 2019, Daniel was recognized by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Lawyer” for International Arbitration.
