- Oryx Midstream Services LLC (Oryx Midstream), a portfolio company of Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, on its acquisition of Targa Resources Corp.’s Permian Delaware crude business, valued at approximately $135 million
- Lenders financing the $150 million revolving credit facility refinancing for Carrix, Inc. (Carrix), one of the world's largest marine terminal operators, and the $105 million revolving credit facility for SSA Terminals (Seattle Terminals), LLC, an entity indirectly owned by Carrix
- Oryx Midstream on the formation of a joint venture with Rattler Midstream and the JV’s subsequent $355 million acquisition of Reliance Gathering LLC, a private Midland-based oil and gas company with more than 230 miles of gathering and regional pipelines and approximately 200,000 barrels of crude oil storage in the Permian Basin
- LongWing Energy as lead counsel on the $150 million OPIC financing of an approximately 98.1 MW wind project in Zaporizhia, Ukraine, the first phase of an eventual 500 MW project that is expected to be the largest wind project in Ukraine and one of the largest onshore wind projects in Europe
- Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on the $6.1 billion acquisition of Pattern Energy Group, which owns 28 renewable energy projects, including wind and solar, totaling 4.4 gigawatts across the U.S., Canada and Japan
- OMERS Infrastructure Management on the acquisition of Leeward Renewable Energy from affiliates of ArcLight Capital Partners, and the related financing. Leeward is a leading wind power asset owner, operator and developer of wind projects in the United States across 19 operating projects, many of which had tax equity structures in place, with a total installed capacity of 1.7 GW
- Orion Resource Partners and The Blackstone Group, as lenders and investors, in the debt and equity financing of approximately $400 to $450 million of the Fruta del Norte gold and silver mining project in Ecuador
- Y-GEN Eléctrica (Y-GEN) and Y-GEN II Eléctrica (Y-GEN II), each a joint venture formed by GE and YPF, on the limited-recourse financing for the construction of two gas-fired power stations located in the Argentine provinces of Neuquén and Tucumán. This is the first project finance loan to close in Argentina in more than a decade
- MUFG as lead arranger on the $379.6 million financing for Citizens Parking, one of the largest parking companies providing 1,200 locations and 320,000 parking spaces across the US and Puerto Rico
- Lenders on multiple aspects of the proposed $7.33 billion Gasoducto Sur Perúano project, a more than 1,000 km gas pipeline in Peru. This was one of the largest infrastructure projects to come to market in the history of Peru’s energy sector
- Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as sole bookrunner and administrative in connection with a $120 million financing for Grupo Verzatec S.A. de C.V., a Mexican conglomerate producing fiberglass-reinforced plastic products, steel towers and other steel products
- Development Bank of Japan on the co-investment with Meridiam Infrastructure in the I-66 Express Lanes Project in Virginia
- ING Capital, Siemens Financial Services and BNP Paribas as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners on a $130 million refinancing related for LS Power’s Wallingford project, a 250MW combined cycle gas turbine plant in Connecticut
- BNP Paribas, ING Capital, MUFG, Suntrust Robinson Humphrey, Crédit Agricole and Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Limited as joint coordinating lead arrangers and joint bookrunners on a financing for to LS Power’s Riverside University Park North and University Park South Projects
- Funds managed by affiliates of theFortress Investment Group on the financing for Greenwood Energy, the North and Latin American clean energy division of the Libra Group, a privately owned international business group
