Overview
Mr. Wade, Of Counsel in the Litigation practice, heads the Bankruptcy/Corporate Reorganization litigation practice and has been active in a number of the nation's leading bankruptcies and reorganizations over the past three decades. He has represented secured and unsecured lenders, debtors and creditors committees. In addition, he has litigated cases in federal courts and New York State courts and arbitrations before the NASD and AAA. Mr. Wade joined the firm in 1970 and became a partner in 1972.
